Our Cary Tryon office is seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented professional to pioneer and develop a newly envisioned Patient Concierge role. This position is ideal for an outgoing, friendly, highly organized multi-tasker who is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences.

By providing thoughtful hospitality and personalized attention, this role helps reduce the anxiety and stress often associated with dental visits. The Patient Concierge will play a key role in cultivating an atmosphere that reflects our motto: “We love to make you smile!”
Responsibilities
- Patient Experience & Hospitality: Warmly welcome and greet all patients, family members, and visitors in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner
- Assist patients with check-in and address general questions regarding the practice
- Guide patients to appropriate departments (General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, etc.)
- Engage with patients and their families throughout their visit to ensure comfort and satisfaction
- Comfort & Amenities Coordination: Introduce patients to in-office amenities including beverage stations, charging stations, spa amenities, and the Art Room
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of all hospitality areas
- Monitor and refresh lobby areas, restrooms, reading materials, and shared spaces to ensure a welcoming environment
- Distribute promotional items and inform patients about current campaigns and special offerings
- Spa Dentistry Support: Our Cary Tryon office proudly offers complimentary Spa Dentistry amenities designed to enhance comfort and relaxation. The Concierge will assist in supporting and maintaining these services, which include calming relaxation room with soothing music; paraffin wax hand treatments; massage chairs during dental appointments; aromatherapy with essential oils; exfoliating sugar scrub hand wash; warm blankets and hot towels
Qualifications
- Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus but not required
- High school Diploma or GED
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and patient-centered care
- Ability to lift 15-20 lbs
