Responsibilities

• Welcome homeowners and guests with a professional, friendly arrival experience.
• Coordinate villa arrivals, departures, and owner reservations.
• Assist with dining recommendations, activity planning, transportation arrangements, and local area information.
• Respond promptly to owner and guest requests and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to maintain high standards.
• Monitor reservations and daily operational reports for accuracy.
• Prepare arrival amenities and personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain records and follow up on requests.
• Assist with events and other operational tasks as assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service while representing luxury standards.

The Villas at Seven Canyons – Sedona, Arizona is a luxury residential community nestled in the heart of beautiful Sedona, Arizona. We are seeking an enthusiastic, hospitality-focused Concierge to join our team. We look for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, building relationships with homeowners and guests, and creating memorable experiences through personalized attention and outstanding hospitality.

Immediate Opening – Full-Time

This is a full‑time position with immediate opening.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly wage ($21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience)

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, concierge, front desk, resort, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and reservation software experience preferred

Essential Duties

• Monitor reservations, guest communications, and daily operational reports for accuracy.
• Prepare arrival amenities, welcome materials, and personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow‑up on owner and guest requests.
• Assist with administrative projects, special events, and additional operational responsibilities as assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service while representing the luxury standards and hospitality culture of The Villas at Seven Canyons.
