• Experience in hospitality, concierge, front desk, resort, hotel, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Attention to detail and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome homeowners and guests with a professional, friendly arrival experience.
• Coordinate villa arrivals, departures, and owner reservations.
• Offer dining recommendations, activity planning, transportation, and local information.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to maintain high standards.
• Monitor reservations and guest communications for accuracy.
• Prepare arrival amenities and personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain records and follow up on requests.
• Assist with events and additional operational tasks.
• Deliver exceptional service while upholding luxury standards.
