Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Previous experience working with a point-of-sale system required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple retail locations, serving as the primary point of contact for Retail Supervisors while coordinating staffing assignments.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue while enhancing the guest experience.
• Support promotional programs, seasonal merchandising initiatives, and product launches to drive business results.
• Oversee inventory activities including stock replenishment, merchandise transfers, organization, and monthly counts.
• Ensure compliance with point-of-sale procedures, financial controls, and operational standards across the store, conducting audits to verify adherence to merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention requirements.
• Prepare operational reports, communicate business updates to leadership, and assist with store reset execution while analyzing business performance and inventory trends to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency
