Job summary

Aztec Shops Ltd. seeks a Full Time Snapdragon Stadium Premium General Manager to oversee growth, profitability, and day-to-day operations of the premium program at Snapdragon Stadium, including catering, clubs, suites, and in-seat service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of management experience in high-volume food service, strong leadership and financial acumen, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred in Food Services Management or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily premium clubs, suites, catering and in-seat service at Snapdragon Stadium.
• Manages food quality/production/cost control standards.
• Develops pricing policies for profitability of premium operations.
• Ensures compliance with alcohol service regulations and health/safety laws.
• Leads staffing, training and development of premium staff.
• Prepares budgets and financial reports for premium locations.
