Aztec Shops Ltd. is hiring a Concessions Manager to oversee day-to-day concession operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, efficiency, and compliance with policies. You will lead staffing, inventory, food production, cash handling, and POS operations for events.

The role emphasizes workforce management, scheduling, timekeeping, and collaboration with Human Resources on attendance and corrective actions. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree in Business or Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred.
• At least two years experience in high-volume food service and at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communications, computer literacy, and mathematical skills required.
• ServSafe Manager certification and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage concessions events with outstanding guest service to meet financial goals.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules to cover staffing needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with Associated Students and Athletics regarding concessions expectations.
• Perform administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage annual revenue up to $5 million and oversee operations staff.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate full-time and part-time staff including Food Handlers and RBS training.
• Recommend menu items to respond to customer needs and ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory controls, pricing strategies, and event staffing adjustments based on sales.
