Job summary

Aztec Shops Ltd. is seeking a results-driven leader to manage all day-to-day premium operations at Snapdragon Stadium, including catering, clubs, suites, and in-seat service.

The role requires strong management experience in high-volume food service, with focus on profitability and guest satisfaction. Candidates should possess a HS diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and be ready to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of management experience in high-volume food service or stadium operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and ServSafe certifications; capable of working nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily premium clubs, suites, catering and in-seat service at Snapdragon Stadium.
• Understand premium menus, offerings, packaging and pricing; manage cost controls.
• Maintain food quality, production standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead staffing, training and development of managerial and premium staff; optimize productivity.
• Develop relationships with customers, vendors, and campus partners; ensure excellent guest experience.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports; monitor expenditures and profitability.
