Job summary

Levy at CarMax Park in Richmond seeks a Concessions Manager to lead concessions operations and hourly teams, delivering welcoming service and quality food and beverage experiences for every guest.

You will oversee event readiness, staffing, inventory, POS processes, cash controls, safety, and responsible alcohol service while partnering across departments to raise operational performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food and beverage operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash controls.
• Knowledge of inventory management and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead concessions operations to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
• Ensure locations are set, stocked, staffed, and ready for each event.
• Supervise, train, and schedule team members.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide direction during events.
• Oversee inventory, requisitions, cash controls, and POS procedures.
• Manage food and beverage production to minimize waste.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with culinary, purchasing, premium, and other departments.
• Address guest concerns and support operational requirements.
• Coach team members and develop future leaders.
