Qualifications

• 1-3 years cooking experience preferred.
• Must possess use of all kitchen equipment and knife handling skills.
• Serve Safe and Allergen Certification preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality food product and portion control.
• Oversee presentation and adherence to recipes.
• Supervise concessions during shows and manage deposits.
