Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day accounting, data entry, reconciliations and balancing concession stands.
• Process lead checkout paperwork.
• Understand menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensure proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Initiate recounts of inventory during event audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
