Job summary

Levy Restaurants seeks an events hospitality associate to support clerical and administrative tasks for food service programs at stadium venues. The role involves hands-on event support, unit setup, program implementation, and coordinating menus and displays for concessions.

Responsibilities include POS management, data handling, and assisting with presentations and trainings, while building strong relationships with location managers and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Multi-task in deadline-driven team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule, evenings/weekends - available for majority of all events.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on support at events, unit set up, program implementation.
• Database and Point-of-Sale management.
• Coordinates menus and displays for all food and beverage offerings in concession locations.
• Works within provided guidelines and timelines.
• Assists with presentations and conduct trainings.
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with location managers team members.
• Works with location leaders to better the experience through displays, menus and guest connection.
• Participate in event close-out duties and ensure all stand operating procedures are implemented
• Maintains office equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned
