The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as events schedule demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail cashier or similar sales role is expected.
• Proactive and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle point-of-sale transactions and process payments.
• Enter sales in AI Fo to record purchases accurately.
• Assist with app-based payment top-ups and transactions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Stock condiments and beverages; maintain clean service areas.
• Keep beverage case stocked and manage inventory procedures.
• Comply with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
