Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a data entry and administrative support specialist for Concessions food service programs. You will handle end-of-day processes, data entry, reconciliations, and inventory control at concession stands.

The role requires basic math, experience with POS programs and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to pass a background check. This position supports menu, pricing, and inventory activities during events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year data entry experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Basic math skills
• Experience using POS programs and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Performs end-of-day accounting, data entry, reconciliations and balancing concession stands.
• Process lead check out paperwork.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Initiates recounts of inventory during event audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
