Concession Inventory Manager

Position Summary

The Concession Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining concession inventory for Holmes High School facilities, including football, baseball, softball and basketball venues.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of concession items, including beverages, snacks, candy, and related products.
2. Coordinate the ordering and restocking of concession supplies.
3. Completing paperwork and email correspondence with sports teams, student council and other student organization who will be staffing events.
4. Ensure concession areas remain adequately supplied for athletic events and activities.
5. Work closely with the Holmes High School bookstore to secure purchase orders and turn in receipts for purchases.
6. Responsible for maintaining cash counts, change, receipts and make deposits in a timely manner.
7. Knowledgeable in concession equipment and able to train student organizations.

POSITION CLARIFICATION

The Concession Inventory Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, inventory control and staffing for all events which require concessions. Must be willing to learn and use Event Link apps in order to track cancellations, facility changes as well as time adjustments.

NOTE: All supplemental contracts are yearly and must be renewed each new school year.

SALARY: $3,000
