Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain adequate concession inventory levels (beverages, snacks, candy, and related products).
• Coordinate ordering and restocking of concession supplies.
• Complete paperwork and email correspondence with sports teams, student council and other student organizations staffing events.
• Ensure concession areas remain adequately supplied for athletic events and activities.
• Collaborate with Holmes High School bookstore to secure purchase orders and turn in receipts.
• Maintain cash counts, change, receipts and make deposits in a timely manner.
• Train student organizations on concession equipment.
