Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and/or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may apply.
• Experience in configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining and managing client/server technology in Windows environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, printers, basic network configuration and hardware/software support.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Diplomacy, tact, organizational skills, office skills and confidentiality are a must.
