Job summary

Terrebonne General Health System seeks a Computer Systems Analyst to provide technical assistance and coordination to information systems end users. Responsibilities include testing applications, writing documentation, troubleshooting issues and resolving hardware and software problems.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent experience) and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining and managing client-server technology in Windows environments preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, printers, basic network configuration, and hardware/software support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Diplomacy, tact, organizational skills, and confidentiality are essential.
