Acadiana CARES, in conjunction with the Louisiana SHHP, seeks a Systems Administrator to join our Information Systems team in New Orleans. The successful candidate will manage the technical administration of software programs, applications, information system servers and databases used within the program.

The role also involves providing user level technical support for staff, and handling equipment inventory, tracking and surplus of SHHP IT hardware.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration or related field.
• Public Health information system experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT hardware management is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Perform technical administration of software, applications, servers and databases.
• Provide desktop level user support to program staff.
• Handle equipment inventory, tracking and surplus of SHHP IT hardware.
