Job summary

LSU Health New Orleans is seeking an IT Help Desk Backup Analyst 1-4 to support the Service Desk with triage and routing using the TDX system. The analyst will handle incoming requests via phone, email, or tickets while ensuring timely resolution or escalation.

Remote work is allowed in accordance with CM-73 Remote Work Policy, and the team operates in a 24-hour support model to assist users across campus and departments.

Job Summary/Basic Functions

LSU Health New Orleans is seeking candidates for an IT HELP DESK BACKUP ANALYST 1 - 4. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team providing 24-hour Service Desk support on incoming phone, email, or TDX tickets directed to the Service Desk. Analysts will provide triage support by solving simple to intermediate issues at the Analyst level, or by properly routing more advanced or specialized issues using the TDX ticketing system. The analyst will be required to assess each request and solve or route the issue in a timely manner. This position is eligible for remote work in accordance with CM-73 - Remote Work Policy.

Minimum Qualifications
