Augustine Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst II at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.

This full-time role supports IEW&S HQs SETA, with responsibilities in business analysis for software, processes, and design, and interaction with cross-functional IT teams. Qualified candidates will have security clearance (Secret at minimum), strong analytic skills, experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and a solid IT background for issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Security clearance required; U.S. Citizenship proof.
• Advanced business analysis skills.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in requirements gathering, configuration and testing.
• Some knowledge of project lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of the specific applications supported.
• Strong IT background and experience in application(s) issues resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational needs related to software, processes or controls, and provide analytical advice, direction, and recommendations to IT senior management for applications and technology that impact operations.
• Establish specifications and objectives based on business requirements and cost effectiveness.
• Evaluate and recommend modifications of basic IT systems that take into account changes in business requirements or equipment configurations to reduce operating costs.
• Coordinate activities of cross-functional teams to achieve IT project goals, including work plans, system design and testing.
• Provide input on feasibility, design, testing, process flow, and controls throughout projects.
• Work with the business to provide data, systems and technology for effective use of applications and controls to ensure integration.
• Follow established policies; determine and recommend potential enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
