Augustine Consulting, Inc. seeks a Project Manager Level II to support IEW&S HQs SETA at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The role provides programmatic and technical leadership for high-priority exercises and demonstrations.

The candidate will develop project plans, coordinate with senior leadership and subcontractors, and manage risks to meet schedule and budget while ensuring compliance with government standards.

Qualifications

• DoW security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Top Secret with SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience or Master’s with 7 years.
• Prior DoW project management experience.
• Ability to communicate with executive management in writing and orally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex technologies and program challenges to senior leadership.
• Conduct forums with senior leaders to review program technologies.
• Create project plans with tasks, milestones and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as budget constraints or delays.
• Develop strategic plans for execution considering scope, resources, timelines.
• Manage and lead project teams, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to align with plans.
