Job summary

Augustine Consulting Inc. seeks a Contracts Management Analyst at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The role supports the IEW&S portfolio, requiring DoD acquisition experience and active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

It involves planning, contracting, and program oversight within a government programs team. The successful candidate will manage SOWs, acquisition docs, and briefings, coordinating across lifecycle phases.

Qualifications

• Security clearance required or ability to obtain clearance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills essential.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes and contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute contracts and acquisition documentation (e.g., Acquisition Requirement Packages, Statements of Work).
• Develop obligation plans, P&R Forms and Program Objective Memoranda.
• Track deliverables, CDRLs and Monthly Reports; develop supporting briefings.
• Coordinate products and tasks across the acquisition process and life cycle phases.
• Assist in determining contracting strategy and prepare contracting documents; coordinate with Army Contracting Command.
• Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations.
• Participate in product IPTs, test events, tests, and product demonstrations.
• Provide contract oversight for assigned products.
• Lead and oversee Supply Requests Packages to DLA and manage transition of products from PM to DLA/Army Sustainment.
• Work with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcomes.
