Job summary

Augustine Consulting Inc. is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst II at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD, to plan and execute contracts for a DoD customer. The role requires DoD 5000.02 familiarity, industry experience with acquisition documentation, and collaboration across lifecycle stages.

Applicant must hold or obtain a Secret clearance, be a U.S. citizen, and demonstrate strong communication and independent thinking in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• DoD 5000 acquisition process experience.
• Knowledge of federal contracting laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to think and act independently in a distributed work situation.
• U.S. Citizenship with security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute contracts for a DoD customer.
• Develop obligation plans, PR forms and Program Objective Memoranda.
• Track deliverables, CDRLs and monthly reports.
• Develop supporting briefings for leadership.
• Coordinate activities across acquisition process and lifecycle phases.
• Assist with contracting strategy and document preparation with Army contracting commands.
• Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations.
• Join product IPTs, test events, reviews, and demonstrations.
• Provide contract oversight for assigned products.
• Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests to DLA and manage transitions to DLA or Army Sustainment.
• Collaborate with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcomes.
