Responsibilities

• Augment Government personnel in resolving OSI Layer 1 and 2 trouble tickets.
• Troubleshoot and repair analog and digital telephone systems including VoIP networks.
• Resolve connectivity issues involving data acquisition equipment in RRAD production environments.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot various cables (CAT6, fiber-optic) and serve as CSSSs.
• Maintain RRAD asset management lists and ensure proper disposition of IT assets.
