Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the Compute & Production IPT for a major Navy program. You will oversee hardware development, vendor hardware, and internal production, ensuring delivery against schedules and budgets while balancing technical and cost constraints.

You will guide dispersed teams using Agile practices, Earned Value Management, and rigorous risk management to maintain program performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering development and production activities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead large teams and programs valued at tens of millions of dollars.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of execution for the IPT, ensuring delivery against commitments, technical requirements, schedules, and budgets.
• Direct cross-functional teams across engineering, vendor hardware, and internal production.
• Manage performance using EVM, identify variances, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Apply Agile planning to coordinate activities and support iterative product delivery.
• Develop program plans, updates, and risk assessments for leadership.
