RTX in Largo, FL is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Compute & Production IPT for a major U.S. Navy program. You will oversee hardware development, production delivery, and coordination of engineering, vendor hardware, and manufacturing. Onsite role with up to 15% travel.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and EVMS, provide leadership to cross-functional teams, and contribute to program strategy and business planning. U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• University degree required with minimum experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading engineering development and vendor hardware with production deliveries.
• Experience managing programs with plans, schedules, budgets, and contractual commitments.
• Experience with EVM and P&L management.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for customer-facing leadership.
• Experience leading teams >20 people and programs valued at $30M+.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Lead all phases of execution for the Compute & Production IPT, ensuring delivery against commitments, technical requirements, schedules and budgets.
• Direct cross-functional teams for engineering development, vendor hardware, and internal production to meet milestones.
• Manage IPT financial and schedule performance using EVM, identify variances, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Apply Agile practices to coordinate activities and support iterative product delivery.
• Develop program plans, performance updates, financial status, and risk assessments for leadership.
• Prepare and maintain IPT Estimates at Completion with accurate forecasts for reviews.
• Coordinate staffing and resources across dispersed teams to support execution.
• Contribute to program strategy and align IPT activities with broader business goals.
