Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compounding operations within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and Good Documentation Practices.
• Flexibility to work various schedules for a 7-day operation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new hires and ongoing development.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify skill gaps.
