Job summary

Femtech Insider Ltd. in Gilbert, AZ is looking for a Compounding Training Coordinator to join their Fulfillment Operations Team. This role is essential for facilitating training for new hires and maintaining compliance in the Compounding Lab. The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation skills, a CPhT certification, and over 2 years of experience in compounding operations.

Key responsibilities include developing training materials, maintaining accurate training records, and supporting audit readiness. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure a strong learning culture and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compounding operations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and Good Documentation Practices.
• Flexibility to work various schedules for a 7-day operation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new hires and ongoing development.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance.
• Support operational workflows and audits.

Skills

Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Training administration with LMS platforms

Strong organizational skills

Verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of USP standards

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
