Bright Innovation Labs in New Albany, OH is seeking Compounding Technicians to join a growing team. This full-time, direct-hire role emphasizes precision, hands-on work, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You’ll mix, test, and process ingredients for personal care products, ensure GMP compliance, and collaborate with supervisors to meet strict standards. The position includes shift options (2nd shift 3:00pm-11:00pm, Mon-Fri) with competitive hourly pay and a benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of compounding experience; cosmetic or personal care manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals).
• Ability to interpret instructions and carry them out effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Mix, compound, process, test, adjust, and modify ingredients to complete the manufacturing process of personal care products.
• Ensure all production meets customer specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate with the Compounding Supervisor/Manager and production staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain GMP, SOP, and Safety Procedures at all times.
• Inspect and monitor in-process production for accuracy and compliance.
• Safely handle, store, and manage all materials required for production.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations, safety policies, labor laws, and company standards.
• Inspect and maintain production equipment for safe operation.
• Participate in ongoing company training, including GMP, SOP, safety, and cross-training.
• Perform other duties to support production goals.
