Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Compounding Pharmacist to join a Fortune-recognized health and wellness organization with a Best Workplace in Health Care. The role requires non-sterile compounding experience, AZ license, and 2+ years of pharmacist practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel
• Perform and document compounding and quality checks
• Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products
• Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel
• Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements
• Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on compliance and regulatory matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy
• Active Arizona Pharmacist License
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience
• Non-sterile compounding experience
• Knowledge of USP <795>, <800>, and pharmacy regulations
• Strong math skills
• Ability to undergo respirator fit testing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
• Proficiency in English and Windows-based systems
• Multi-state licensure preferred
