Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Arizona to oversee non-sterile compounding operations and ensure regulatory compliance. The role includes supervision of technicians, performing quality checks, and conducting patient counseling.

Candidates should have a PharmD or PharmD, active Arizona license, and 2+ years of compounding experience. Knowledge of USP standards and strong math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with non-sterile compounding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
• Perform and document compounding and quality checks.
• Verify formulas, records and finished products.
• Maintain compliance with USP, BOP and state/federal requirements.
• Conduct patient counseling and drug utilization reviews.
• Coordinate with Pharmacist-in-Charge on regulatory matters.

Shifts: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy
• Active Arizona Pharmacist License
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience
• Non-sterile compounding experience
• Knowledge of USP <795>, <800>, and pharmacy regulations
• Strong math skills
• Ability to undergo respirator fit testing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
• Proficiency in English and Windows-based systems
• Multi-state licensure preferred
