Quality Talent Group is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to join a health-focused organization in Arizona. The role involves supervising technicians, performing compounding and quality checks, and ensuring compliance with USP and state/federal regulations.

The position requires 2+ years of pharmacist experience, non-sterile compounding knowledge, and an Arizona license. Expect a hands-on role with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and patient counseling.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree and pharmacist license in Arizona.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Experience with non-sterile compounding and USP <795>/<800> knowledge.
• Able to pass respirator fit testing.
• Multi-state licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
• Perform and document compounding and quality checks.
• Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel.
• Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements.
• Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on compliance and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy
• Active Arizona Pharmacist License
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience
• Non-sterile compounding experience
• Knowledge of USP <795>, <800>, and pharmacy regulations
• Strong math skills
• Ability to undergo respirator fit testing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
• Proficiency in English and Windows-based systems
• Multi-state licensure preferred
