Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to join a health and wellness organization recognized for Best Workplace status. This role requires an active Arizona Pharmacist License, 2+ years of experience, and non-sterile compounding expertise.

You will uphold USP <795>/<800> compliance, perform and document compounding, counsel patients, and support regulatory matters while maintaining a clean, compliant environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy required.
  • Active Arizona Pharmacist License required.
  • 2+ years of pharmacist experience preferred.
  • Non-sterile compounding experience required.
  • Knowledge of USP <795>, <800>, and pharmacy regulations.
  • Strong math skills expected.
  • Ability to undergo respirator fit testing and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
  • Perform and document compounding and quality checks.
  • Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
  • Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel.
  • Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements.
  • Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews.
  • Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on compliance and regulatory matters.
