Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to join a health-focused organization with a strong recognition for workplace excellence. The role involves supervising technicians, performing and documenting sterile/non-sterile compounding, and ensuring compliance with USP guidelines and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities include patient counseling, dispensing, reviewing drug utilization, and participating in quality assurance initiatives, audits, and training to uphold

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Arizona Pharmacist License.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Non-sterile compounding experience.
• Knowledge of USP 795, 800, and pharmacy regulations.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to undergo respirator fit testing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Proficiency in English and Windows-based systems.
• Multi-state licensure preferred.

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
• Perform and document compounding and quality checks.
• Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel.
• Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements.
• Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on compliance and regulatory matters.
