Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Arizona is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to join a health and wellness-focused team. You will supervise technicians, perform and document compounding and quality checks, verify formulas, records, and beyond-use dates.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD or Bachelors in Pharmacy with an active AZ license, 2+ years of experience in compounding, knowledge of USP <795>/<800>, and the ability to pass respirator fit testing and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with a PharmD or Bachelors in Pharmacy and AZ license.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Experience with non-sterile compounding.
• Knowledge of USP <795>, <800> and related regulations.
• Strong math skills and accuracy.
• Able to pass respirator fit testing and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
• Perform and document compounding and quality checks.
• Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel.
• Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements.
• Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on compliance and regulatory matters.

Qualifications
