Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Compounding Pharmacist in Arizona. The role involves supervising pharmacy technicians, performing compounding and quality checks, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced pharmacy setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Doctorate or PharmD, possess an active AZ license, and have 2+ years of experience with non-sterile compounding. Strong math skills and familiarity with Windows systems are required.

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona Pharmacist License is required.
  • 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
  • Non-sterile compounding experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of USP 795, 800 and pharmacy regulations.
  • Strong math skills essential.
  • Proficiency in English and Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
  • Perform and document compounding and quality checks.
  • Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
  • Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel.
  • Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements.
  • Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews.
  • Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on regulatory matters.

Shifts: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy
  • Active Arizona Pharmacist License

  • Ability to undergo respirator fit testing
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
