Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and read specifications.
• Detail oriented with mechanical inclination.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to communicate clearly.
• Must be a reliable team player and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform resin mixing, adhesives, and fabric coating per procedures.
• Set up and monitor production machinery according to controls.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain safety standards.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts or hoists as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with quality systems.
• Follow schedules and process bulletins for consistency.
