Qualifications

• Prior related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation of association violations and inspections.
• Track violations and ensure compliance.
• Communicate with Board and management on non-compliance and follow-up to compliance or fines.
• Attend Violation Control Committee meetings monthly.
• Update KWPM systems with violation records.
