KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage documentation of association violations, inspections, and compliance tracking. The role serves as the primary contact for non-compliance and coordinates with the Board and property management to determine fines when necessary.
The position involves updating internal KWPM systems, attending monthly Violation Control Committee meetings, and working primarily outdoors with related physical demands.

The working environment will be mostly outdoors, with moderate noise level. The position may require long periods of walking and/or sitting. Will be exposed to the outdoor climate.

This is a non-exempt position. Days and hours of work will be determine at property/location. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.
No travel is expected for this position.
