Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Compliance Testing Manager to provide second-line defense by ensuring regulatory requirements are met across the enterprise. The role QA’s testing performed by compliance testers and drives improved testing practices.

The position requires extensive experience in compliance testing, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate audit deliverables. Candidates may travel to various Capital One locations as needed and must have relevant AML/regulatory expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience is required.
• At least 5 years of compliance testing, compliance, legal, audit, risk management, AML or Fraud investigation experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform final test reviews to evaluate the accuracy of tests executed by compliance testers.
• Analyze quality assurance trends to deliver actionable insights for management.
• Deliver practical test performance insights to test managers regarding the quality of associates' test reviews.
• Execute and manage the team's regulatory reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate prep, submission, review and approvals for audit and exam deliverables.
• Design comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Lead innovation initiatives, piloting new testing tools and AI-assisted methodologies.
