Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Compliance Testing Manager to oversee second-line testing, ensure QA standards, and guide the testing team across regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with Compliance Advisors and Business Areas.

The position includes travel to Capital One locations as needed, with eligibility for performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of compliance testing, compliance, audit, risk management, AML or Fraud investigation experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Familiarity with SAR/CTR/STR filing requirements and AML regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform final test reviews to evaluate the accuracy of tests executed by compliance testers.
• Analyze quality assurance trends to deliver actionable insights for management.
• Coordinate the preparation, submission, review and approvals for all audit and exam deliverables.
• Lead training programs for new hires and ongoing skill development for existing staff.
• Lead innovation initiatives, including piloting new testing tools and AI-assisted methodologies.
• Manage AML regulatory changes to ensure integration into testing.
