Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience is required.
• At least 5 years of compliance testing, compliance, legal, audit, risk management, AML or Fraud investigation experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform final test reviews to evaluate the accuracy of tests and adherence to processes.
• Analyze QA trends to deliver actionable management insights.
• Deliver practical test performance insights to test managers.
• Execute and manage regulatory reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate preparation, submission and approvals for audit deliverables.
• Design comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Lead innovation initiatives including AI-assisted testing and tooling.
