Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year with AFI or 2 years relevant work experience.
• Associate’s or BA/BS degree may substitute for experience.
• Excellent verbal communications skills.
• Excellent written communications skills for formal recommendations.
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Keyboard skills ≥30 wpm; ability to learn AFI systems.
• Ability to analyze information and apply it to compliance actions.
• Sound judgment and decision-making; prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Compile information for rule and form filing recommendations.
• Liaise with state insurance departments for information and actions.
• Maintain current filing documentation and formatting requirements.
• Produce and distribute required compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with other units to implement changes and meet objectives.
