Mark43 seeks a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our Compliance & Reporting customer team. You’ll build configurable reports that help us expand into new markets and ensure our platform meets state and agency-specific reporting requirements.

You will partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions, develop forms and workflows, and help set engineering standards for a growing team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience working with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers when needed.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify opportunities to improve the product.
• Help establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand new team that will support Mark43's growth.
• Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling to make compliance reporting easier to build, maintain, and scale.
