Scott & Associates, P.C., operating in partnership with S&A Legal Management Services, Inc., is a compliance-oriented firm seeking a Compliance Specialist in Dallas to support the compliance department with administrative tasks.

You will assist with training, prepare audit data, and coordinate internal compliance information with auditors while supporting multiple departments with compliance data and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently with excellent attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with proper grammar and spelling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic office equipment operation and internet research.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Flexible and able to act quickly on urgent matters.

Responsibilities

• Assists with monthly training and training-related inquiries.
• Prepares compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing information.
• Supports departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors.
• Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies.
• Answers compliance-related questions and requests.
• Evaluates complaints and determines action based on standards.
• Assists in reporting complaints and resolutions to agencies.
• Designation as Coordinator/Specialist/Analyst based on experience.
