Qualifications

• Two years' general office, outbound call center, call monitoring, or quality assurance experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to operate basic office equipment and perform internet research.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Flexible to adapt and act quickly when urgent matters require it.
• Able to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and professional levels.

Responsibilities

• Assigns monthly training and assists employees with training inquiries.
• Prepares compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing information.
• Supports departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors.
• Implements systems, procedures, and policies; completes projects for compliance auditors.
• Answers compliance related questions and responds to requests.
• Evaluates complaints and determines actions based on Client Work Standards.
• Assists in reporting complaints and resolutions to agencies.
• Designation varies by experience and task complexity.
