Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years in compliance support, risk management, audit support, or related administrative role.
• Familiarity with compliance principles and audit readiness practices.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track compliance activities to support adherence to internal requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain compliance documentation with accuracy.
• Review and validate submitted materials for completeness and consistency.
• Coordinate routine compliance tasks and follow-ups to meet deadlines.
• Compile reports and maintain logs related to compliance processes and outcomes.
• Support internal audits by gathering requested documentation and information.
• Identify documentation gaps or process issues and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data-handling best practices.
• Track action items, ensuring tasks are documented, assigned, and completed.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to support readiness and issue resolution.
