Paz Financial Consulting is seeking a Client Account Coordinator to support client relationships by coordinating day-to-day account activities, ensuring timely communication and organized documentation. This role focuses on delivering a smooth client experience while aiding internal teams to keep work moving efficiently.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ years in client services, coordination, administration, or a related role.
• Experience working with structured workflows, deadlines, and multiple concurrent requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused, professional approach.

Mansioni

• Coordinate day-to-day client account activities to support timely progress on deliverables.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine client questions and internal status updates.
• Maintain organized client records, documentation, and account notes to support accuracy and continuity.
• Track requests, deadlines, and action items to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Prepare and distribute client-facing updates and internal summaries as needed.
• Collaborate with internal team members to confirm requirements, timelines, and next steps.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
• Review information for completeness and accuracy before sharing with clients or stakeholders.
• Support the resolution of issues by escalating concerns and tracking outcomes to closure.
