• Maintain compliance work orders in accounting systems.
• Manage and track compliance technician certifications.
• Conduct compliance-related research for jurisdictions.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers.
• Assist warehouse personnel with inventory functions.
• Support the service department with various tasks.
• Provide cross-functional support to internal departments.
