Job summary

Florida Temp Staffing is seeking a Compliance Officer for an 11-week assignment in Florida. The role focuses on Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes with duties including intake discussions, statute comparison, and case closure coordination.

Candidate will engage the public professionally, document in Versa and OnBase, and ensure proper jurisdictional guidance is provided. Working hours are typically 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Contact constituents/complainants to discuss filing details.
• Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze issues.
• Provide good customer service when communicating with the public.
• Advise complainants about jurisdiction and case status.
• Provide resources or referrals as appropriate.
• Send written correspondence after supervisor approval.
• Close the case with proper codes/statutes in Versa and document actions in OnBase.

Complete Description: FL-DBPR-Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes - Compliance Officer Position:

Pay Rate: $38.14hr

Usual Schedule/Work Hours (e.g. M-F, 9-5): Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Professional office, business casual

WORK LOCATIONS:

Candidate can select one of the following work locations: Onsite

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed.
• Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.
• Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST.
• Advise complainant of the Division s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason.
• Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate.
• Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.
• Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa.
• Document the actions in the OnBase system.
